This is conducted before beginning each term. This gives our clients a
good overview of our courses and guides them to a course/s that can

courses and course objectives are a must. BK ONE offers the widest
selection of spirally graduated courses to meet the varying needs of
its clientele. Needless to say, we do not mix high school students,
college students and professionals in a class.

The BK
ONE Learning SystemBK ONE courses are
performance, not lecture courses. Replete with simulated and
interactive learning activities, BK ONE advocates what it calls the
PEAC (as in peak) Learning Methodology. The acronym stands for a
learning process that is:
Maintaining a class to a maximum of 20 or
less, each participant receives personalized attention. The course
facilitator helps unfold the strength of each. The process is like
asking where darkness is when light is on.
The joy of learning becomes evident with down-to-earth learning
activities. Discovering that, in fact, he can be better, the course
participant experiences a change in attitude, asserting that indeed,
"I can be better than my best." The competition, therefore, is
self-focused and not from striving to be better than another.
From the bondage of diffidence to the freedom of self-confidence comes
the glory of an effective communicator.

Training Methodology Step 1: Goal Setting
We look at what you want to achieve at the end of the training:
Goals set prior to the Training for individuals attending the program.
What outcomes are you looking for (tangible and intangible)
What specific skills need to upgraded
What specific behaviors need to be modified
Then we develop the contents of the program accordingly.
This method enables us to measure training effectiveness by making
apparent the ‘Before and After’ resultsStep 2: Program
To achieve the set objectives, we use the approach of ‘hard training’
instead of. ‘Soft training’.
Constant participant evaluation and feedback.

This means that we use tools to evaluate participants and give
feedback continuously during the program using written and oral
quizzes, management games and activities.
Extensive use of these tools makes our workshops ‘Fun’ and ensures
that participants have a high learning retention and recall.
As a result of this methodology, our overall rating on training as
given by participants is ‘excellent’ at above 90%. Step 3: Follow
Up
We can put in place a process of ‘Certification’ and follow-up to
ensure participants get the results desired from the program.
Implementation of Action Plans
Certification and Train-the Trainer This process can be monitored
in-house or by Holistic for a fee. However, we prefer to handover the
process to you after the first follow up so that monitoring can be
frequent and closer to the business.
We can also develop in-house resources for you to continue the program
in-house. We conduct train-the-trainer programs and also provide you
the trainer guides and manuals for easy reference.
