Voice TestingBK ONE has tied-up with ACCENTUAL USA, a
leading accent training company in USA. We use ACCENTUAL USA's popular
TELECON® Phone Test for our voice testing. The candidates
are asked to call up on specific numbers with specific time and date
schedules to take the TELECON® Phone Test. An effective
tool to gauge a candidate’s communication abilities in terms of
grammar, pronunciation, listening skills, clarity of speech/thought
and fluency.
Time taken: 20 minutes / candidate
Type: Elimination Round
Rating Scale: A (Exceptional)/ B+ (Good)/ B (Satisfactory)/ B-
(Reasonable)

Job Aptitude AssessmentThe candidates are assessed on
specific parameters to judge their job suitability for Customer
Services, Collections, Telemarketing scenario. It takes the shape of a
two-way interaction between the assessor and the candidate.
Time Taken: 15 minutes / candidate
Type: Non–Elimination/Profiling Round
Rating Scale: Ideal/ Average/Below Average (expressed in
percentage)

Mental Aptitude TestDepending on the process /
profile requirement, the candidates take an aptitude test to determine
their aptitude for the said job. This would be an insight on a
candidates’ one or a combo of attributes like: numeric ability,
logical reasoning, Written English aptitude etc.
Time Taken: 30 minutes / test
Type: Elimination
Rating Scale: % of marks (correct answers / total no. of questions)

Skill Proficiency TestThe test is assesses a
candidates skill which may be required to take up a specific job like
accounting, technical, language etc. This is a computer based test,
customizable around a specialized skill requirement, done at two
levels of proficiency : basic and advanced.

Rating Scale: % of marks (correct answers / total no. of questions.)

Psychometric TestingThe shortlisted candidates
need to travel to the site where the test is conducted under strict
administration. This would happen after the candidate has been
shortlisted at the Personal Interview level and measures Personality
Assessment and Job Suitability.

Data Entry TestThe candidates shortlisted
after the Interview process are required to take the Keyboard Skill
Test, if the process demands. Depending on the time taken by an
individual to complete the test, it measures the speed and accuracy of
the keystrokes.

Rating Scale: Speed in words/minute, Accuracy in percentage and
errors/total keystrokes.
