communications. I totally and absolutely recommend Bikram's training
program for the simple reason that it breaks the geographical
boundaries, the trans-continental factors and brings closer what has
always seemed far away. what is great is the fact that his modules
does not change gears drastically, it starts out with basic learning
US of A as a country, introduces you to its people, their life and
lifestyles and then slowly crosses you over to understanding them
better. The voice & accent therefore comes to each of the participants
as a natural change. I would be denying the importance of the module
if I simple called it a "Voice & Accent Reduction Program", instead I
choose to call it a "holistic approach to Communicating with the
American Customer". The sessions are fun and very interactive, but

Voice and Accent training conducted by Bikram Kumar Singh. Ever since
I had undergone his training program. I feel that my confidence level
has raised tremendously not only due to my improvised accent but also
because I learnt from his various soft skills to deal with people. The
extent of confidence I have gained through his training program has
helped me to easily anchor a show on DD Metro for a few months.
His training sessions were a combination of learning and fun. The
various audio visual aids that were used for training left a lasting
impression on me. The training environment used to be very friendly.
He used to have regular 'coaching and feedback' sessions for the
trainees to discuss their concerns and areas of improvement which
never felt like (should not use this word) a negative feedback.
